In this bootcamp, you will lead a team of AI engineers, data scientists, and designers to build and launch a real AI product. You'll learn AI product strategy, validate user pain points, design and prototype with experts, and launch your product publicly. What will you learn?

Week 1: AI Product Strategy (GUCCI Framework) and AI Basics
Apply the Gucci Framework, build a strategic AI roadmap, and engage in self-paced learning with recommended AI courses. Analyze Google's 10-year AI strategy and participate in a group project to brainstorm and pitch AI product ideas.
Week 2: End-to-End AI Product Management Lifecycle
Learn about the AI product lifecycle, hypothesis validation, scalability, MVP, launch, and success metrics. Participate in a case study on applying AI to Apple Watch and kick off a group project to pitch ideas and form teams.
Week 3: Existing LLM and AI Models, Trade-offs, and Pricing
Gain an overview of AI models, trade-offs, and pricing strategies. Conduct a comparative analysis of AI models for different applications and engage in a group project to conduct voice-of-customer interviews and validate AI hypotheses.
Week 4: Advanced AI
Dive into advanced AI topics such as Agentic AI, MLOps, Langchain, data pipeline, data drifting, and concept drifting. Participate in an AI developer team match to pitch ideas and demo product mockups and roadmaps.
Week 5-11: AI PM Bootcamp - Phase 2
Build and launch your AI product with a team of AI engineers, data scientists, and designers. Top teams receive funding, promo support, and introductions to incubators like YC. Start with Phase 1 or upgrade anytime to the full 11-week journey.
